Looking for a meaningful way to connect with nature and nourish your body and soul? Join us for a morning on mermaid beach with a Yoga class follwed by a beach clean.🧘♀️ Yoga Session: Roll out your mat on beautiful Mermaid Beach and let the gentle ocean breeze guide your movements. Led by yoga teacher India Pearson - founder of Fin & Flow, this rejuvenating yoga class, open to all levels, will help you find balance, strength, and tranquility. Yoga mats are available to borrow, but please bring your own if you have one 🙏✨
🌊 Beach Clean-up: After our yoga class we will give back to Mother Nature and do a litterpick on Mermaid Beach. All equipment will be provided 🌎
