Introducing you to SUPYoga - Yoga on a Stand Up Paddle Board .

Take your yoga practice off the mat and onto water and see how a paddle board can become a floating yoga mat! Whether you're a seasoned paddle boarder or experienced yogi this practice will give you a whole new experience on the water. Not only is SUPYoga a fun way to keep fit, it's also great for maintaining a healthy mind too. This class is designed for all levels and abilities, so don't worry if you have never done yoga or paddle boarding before - you can still give it a go!
