Yoga during pregnancy helps build confidence and trust in your body as you prepare for birth, aid relaxation and deepen the bond with your baby.
The class includes ...
- simple mediation to help relaxation
- gentle Yoga postures linked with fluid movements to help keep your joints moving and relieve stiffness
- breath techniques to prepare for labour
- pelvic floor work
- a chance to connect with women who are expecting babies at a similar time

***In July and August we take a break from the conventional class block structure and instead run pop up yoga classes on Hythe Beach opposite Hythe Imperial Hotel.
