Mum and Baby Yoga
These classes are designed to help you reconnect with your body after pregnancy and birth. We will work through gentle yoga poses that will help rebuild strength and mobility whilst also bringing attention to vital relaxation techniques focusing on breath and mindfulness. Having your baby with you is a lovely way to spend quality time together whilst also meeting likeminded mums!
You can take part in the classes once you've had your postnatal check with your GP, usually at 6-8 weeks after birth and then until your baby starts moving around on their own.

Dates: Every Thursday 21st April - 26th May (6 weeks)
Time: All level Yoga 11.30am-12.30pm
Where: St.Michaels Methodist Church, 24 Chapel St, Hythe CT21 5BE (Large Hall)
Cost: £10 drop-in or £50 block of six classes
